How long can I hire equipment for?
We offer both daily and weekly hire options. Additionally, we can arrange longer hire periods on request.

Do I need experience to use the equipment?
No. Our equipment is user-friendly, and we provide clear instructions so you can achieve the best results safely.

Is a bond required?
We may require a bond for some equipment hires. After we inspect the equipment, we refund the bond provided you return the equipment on time and in the same condition.

How can I pay?
We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS and cash. Full payment is required before or at the start of the hire period unless we agree otherwise.

What happens if the equipment is damaged?
Customers are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Therefore, repair or replacement costs may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

What happens if the equipment is lost or stolen?
You are responsible for the full replacement value of any equipment that becomes lost or stolen during the hire period.

What happens if I return the equipment late?
Late returns may incur additional hire charges. Furthermore, ongoing failure to return equipment may result in recovery action.

What if the equipment stops working during my hire?
If equipment breaks down during normal use, we will take reasonable steps to repair or replace it. However, this does not apply if misuse causes the damage.

Can I use a carpet cleaner on rugs?
Most rugs can be cleaned using a carpet cleaner. However, you should test delicate, antique or specialty rugs first or seek professional advice.

Do I need cleaning chemicals?
Yes, our carpet and upholstery cleaners can be supplied with suitable cleaning solutions. Additionally, we can recommend the best option for your cleaning task.
