• Review your rental agreement
• Sign and return it promptly
• After we receive your signed documents, we confirm your booking

Step 4 — Pickup or Delivery

When your hire period begins, simply:

• Bring valid photo ID
• Complete payment if not already paid
• Collect your equipment or receive delivery

Step 5 — Equipment Demonstration

Before you leave, we’ll explain:

• How to use the equipment safely and effectively
• Basic operating instructions
• Important safety information
• Tips to achieve the best results

Step 6 — During Your Rental

While using the equipment, please:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Keep equipment clean and secure
• Follow all operating instructions
• Contact us if you require assistance

Step 7 — Return or Collection

Finally, when your hire period ends:

• Return equipment on the agreed date and time
• If you need extra time, contact us to check availability
• We inspect all equipment when it is returned
• Following inspection, we promptly refund your bond if the equipment is returned in satisfactory condition
